Lead Your Life
Power Yoga Romania’s “Lead Your Life” Program is about transforming you and transforming the way you relate to the world through a combination of asana practice, meditation and self-inquiry. It is a fully comprehensive and impactful 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered program. This is not simply a teacher training: it is a leadership program that will provide you the tools and skills to let go of what you don’t need and recreate a strong foundation for all areas of your life. You will create a new sense of clarity, connection and confidence to lead our life with purpose, power and play.
Yoga Alliance program curriculum for 200 Hour Training:
- Techniques (asana and assisting) – 100 hours
- Teaching Methodology (practice teaching) – 25 hours
- Anatomy and Physiology – 20 hours
- Philosophy/Ethics/Lifestyle – 30 hours
- Practicum (teaching and assisting live classes) – 10 hours
- Transformational – 10 hours
- Homework and exams – 5 hours
You will meet for 6 intensive week-ends over a three month period. You will also meet once a week, every Wednesday for a two-hour session with your group. Your tuition includes unlimited access to Power Yoga Romania classes.

- March 8 -11 and 15 – 18
- April 19 – 22 and 26 – 29
- May 10 – 13 and 17 – 20
- Thursdays & Fridays 18:00 – 21:00
- Saturdays 08:00 – 20:00
- Sundays 08:00 – 18:00
2,200 EUR, tuition to be paid in full until April 19th, 2018, Early bird registration until February 20, 2018 and you pay 2,000EUR! Payment plans available.

Power Yoga Romania proudly partners with Samuel Robinson to deliver this empowering program! Samuel has dedicated his life to sharing the study and practice of yoga, meditation and inquiry and has taught and led many workshops and programs around the world. Samuel is a licensed massage therapist and crania-sacral therapist as well as shiatsu practitioner. He integrates this background into his teachings by providing real and practical understanding of how the body’s muscle and joint systems work together most effectively and efficiently. With his infectious kindness and generous presence, you can expect to be inspired, challenged and uplifted by his classes and programs that are rigorous, humorous and heartfelt.
